Must already have the knowledge and understanding of 'how-to" design + shape eyebrows. **. This class is not for the beginner brow artist.

Under Manitoba Regulation, must be an apprenticing esthetician, licensed esthetician, or a licenced in hair removal in order to perform waxing and tinting services.
